Veterans Art Garden Event & Art Show
Join us for an evening of creativity, community, and connection at Makers Paradise RENO on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 5–9 PM.
Features: live music by Dave “Bambi” May and Tom “Fee” Falletti; a Veterans Art Garden project update; and a call for artists. Enjoy raffle prizes, a silent auction, food, and refreshments.
A special discount art sale will take place earlier in the day from 12–4 PM, with donations and proceeds benefiting the Veterans Art Garden Project at the Northern Nevada State Veterans Home.

Call for Artists – Veterans Art Garden
The Veterans Art Garden at the Northern Nevada State Veterans Home (NNSVH) is seeking visionary artists to design and install interactive, uplifting, and weather-resistant outdoor artwork.
They’re looking for professional artists with a commitment to public art, memory-friendly design, and community engagement. Submissions should align with the garden’s mission to integrate sensory features, encourage exploration, and enhance a colorful, ever-blooming environment.
